Privacy Protocol

SECTION 1: DATA MINIMALISM
Corvus Technologies ("Corvus") operates on a principle of absolute data minimalism. We do not track user behavior for advertising purposes. We do not install third-party tracking pixels. Our systems are designed to function without knowledge of the operator's identity unless explicitly required for authentication.

SECTION 2: ENCRYPTION STANDARDS
All data transmission between client and server is encrypted using TLS 1.3 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards. Corvus maintains encryption keys in dedicated Hardware Security Modules (HSM) completely air-gapped from public-facing infrastructure.

SECTION 3: DATA EGRESS
Corvus does not sell, rent, or trade data. Egress of data from our secure enclaves occurs only under two conditions: (1) Explict user command, or (2) Verified legal warrant complying with Article 89 of International Cyber Law.

SECTION 4: OPERATIONAL DATE
These protocols are effective as of Operational Launch, Jan 01, 2026.
