Responsibilities
- •Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise products.
- •Create design systems and component libraries.
- •Conduct user research with high-stakes users (surgeons, traders, analysts).
- •Collaborate with engineering on implementation fidelity.
Requirements
- •5+ years of product design experience.
- •Expert in Figma with strong prototyping skills.
- •Experience with complex data visualization.
- •Strong systems thinking and documentation.
Nice to Have
- •Experience with financial or medical interfaces.
- •Basic frontend development skills.
- •Motion design and animation.
What success looks like in 90 days
- Establish design system foundation.
- Ship redesign of one core product flow.
- Conduct 10+ user research sessions.
